All registrations must be submitted by September 30

Entry Visa to Japan

If you and your team members are required to obtain a Visa to enter Japan, submit the following information by September 30. Then, the International Department will prepare for necessary documents after receiving the information.

  1. Name

  2. Date of Birth

  3. Gender

  4. Nationality

  5. Passport Number

  6. Itinerary (Booking Confirmation issued by a travel agency or the airline)

  7. Hotel Info (Booking Confirmation issued by a travel agency）

  8. Member List and their roles (Representative, Competitors, Coaches, Officials, Supporters)
